Critical engineering, design, modeling and CNC machining are involved in the process of making patterns and core boxes for production castings and prototypes.
ICT uses CAD software that allows us to create models and secondary tooling in the shortest amount of time possible. As a company that is commonly asked to provide quick turnaround of complex parts (e.g. six-port exhaust manifolds), state-of-the art software helps to meet these deadlines. These tools save hours in pattern making design and are essential, especially for prototype parts. After prototypes are approved, any changes can easily be transferred to the file.
